I have been wanting to create this club for a long time, and since I have not seen another MMPPP OC club around, I have decided to do it.

This club will not be run quite as harshly as my other, BBOC (which needs to be run that way, yikes), and this club accepts all OC's (except for ones that are ripped off from someone else's).
